OIVAS Returns & Exchange Policy
Domestic Returns
We accept returns and exchanges within 5 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@oivas.com.au. Returns must be sent to the following address:
PO Box 530, Toorak, VIC 3142, Australia.
Upon approval of your return, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send the item back to us.
Please note, items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
A $10.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount for the return label.

International Returns
International returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item. To return an international order:

We do not process exchanges for international orders. We recommend submitting a return and placing a new order for the desired item due to potential delays in shipping.
Damages & Issues
We recommend inspecting your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@oivas.com.au. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We currently do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. All exchanges are subject to availability.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@oivas.com.au.
